Fees & Payment
An initial (15 minute) phone consultation is offered free of charge.
The cost of therapy is $140.00 per
50 Minute Session.
Fees are payable at the start or end of a session.
Extended Sessions can be scheduled if necessary.
Payment Options:
All fees are currently processed online.
Paying via E-Transfer:
E-mail: amanda@asbpsychotherapy.com
Password is not required for E-transfer payments.
Paying via Credit Card:
All major credit cards are accepted and charged securely
through Jane - Clinic Management Software.
Insurance Coverage:
Psychotherapy and/or Psychological Services
are covered by most insurance packages.
Amanda Bender-Francois is a Registered Psychotherapist with the
College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
ASB Psychotherapy also receives clinical consultation with a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
The name and registration number of the Psychological Associate will be included on your receipt, as some insurance plans require this for reimbursement.

Insurance Billing
ASB Psychotherapy does not bill insurance providers.
Once payment has been received you will be issued a receipt of service via e-mail. Provide that receipt to your insurance provider, and it will be up to them to reimburse you directly.
Late & Cancellation Policy:
ASB Psychotherapy requires 24 hours for cancellation either by email or phone, otherwise you will be charged the full rate for that session.
No-shows are charged the full rate for one session.
Late appointments can proceed, but you will still be charged the full rate and your booking time will still remain the same.
